Åndalsnes, Norway has a population of roughly 3,000 people that, despite it's natural beauty, has a hard time growing as a town and as a lengthy tourist destination. Jagnefalt Milton has proposed a city on rail solution that would allow the town to move from season to season. Life on rail has never looked this luxurious to my eyes.
